We use PayFast, a secure online payment gateway. You can pay using your credit card, debit card, or Instant EFT after a driver has accepted your trip.
No, parcels are not insured at this time. We ensure that our drivers are reliable and that your parcel is handled with care, but we do not currently offer insurance coverage.
Once your delivery is in progress, the recipient receives a unique tracking link via SMS and email to see the driver's location in real-time.
Our delivery services operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
The driver will attempt to contact the recipient. If they are unreachable, you will be notified. Please contact the queue marshall at the destination taxi rank to arrange for collection.
